We suggest you to have a drink or a cocktail, in Yvonne’s bar. It’s open from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 12.00 am

The lobby

You can relax and meet friends in the lounge, it’s always at your disposal. You have free soft drinks at your disposal 24/24 hours.
Café Tassimo CHF 1.00 available at the reception.

Complaints and Suggestions

Before your departure it will be most grateful if you could fill the suggestions form, so your observations would help us to improve the quality of the service.

The Safe

Fast all the rooms have a safe, you can ask the key at the reception. In case your room does not have a safe, you can leave your values in the safe of the reception.

TV and Wifi

TV is at your disposal in every room.
The access to the WIFI "Mirabeau Guest" if free and without passwords.
To your attention, the WIFI station are not the same in every level, for an optimal use, think to disconnect and connect again if you move around the hotel.

The Laundry service

A laundry service is at your disposal for 15 CHF each laundry.
Clotheslines are at your disposal on request to dry your laundry.
On request an iron can be available.
For CHF 30.00, we can wash and dry your clothes. Its need 24H.

Security

You will find all the emergency numbers on the front door of the room.
In case of fire please go to the hotel lobby and follow the instructions on the back of your room door.
Do not use the elevator.

Parking

The hotel doesn’t have any parking, we suggest that you use the underground parking Coop/Clovelli, situated at 100 meters from the hotel. It will be 1.- / per hour or 50.- / per week (minimum validity of the membership card).
We could provide you a parking-card at request.
FREE Parking in Aminona, with a free shuttle bus to get to the hotel. Find more information at the front desk.

Welcome products

Some welcome products are available at the front desk : tooth brush, toothpaste, sewing set, shoe sponge, disposable razor, plug adapter.

A Phone is at your disposal in the front desk.
More covers and pillows can be provide if needed, ask the front desk.

Your check-out

At your departure date we ask you to leave the room before 10.00 am, that make it easier to prepare the room for the next guests.
